Booking of Tickets
Tickets will be available online up until 5 minutes before screening time. You will receive your e-ticket via email.
We encourage everyone to purchase their tickets early to secure a seat.
On-site sales are not available
Offers cannot be combined with any other promotions, and excludes Festival Opening, Special Presentation and In Conversation: Fan Bingbing.
Terms & Conditions
If the ‘unavailable’ status appears while you are booking your ticket, it is possible that your booking has passed the cut-off time, or the screening is filling fast.
Should this happen, you could:
- Check SGIFF.COM or sistic.com.sg for daily ticketing updates to verify if tickets are still available.
- Notify SGIFF by sending us a message through our Facebook or Instagram page.
- Email ticketing@sgiff.com for assistance.
Please check film ratings for age restrictions on our website before purchase of tickets.
- General - Suitable for all ages
- Parental Guidance - Suitable for all, but parents should guide their young
- Parental Guidance 13 - Suitable for persons aged 13 and above but parental guidance is advised for children below 13
- NC16 - Restricted to persons aged 16 and above
- M18 - Restricted to persons aged 18 and above
- R21 - Restricted to adults aged 21 and above
All film tickets are non-refundable and non-exchangeable, except when screenings are cancelled or rescheduled.
The Singapore International Film Festival reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time
Arriving Early & Rush Queue - Screening Protocol
Please arrive early, as early as 30 minutes before the screening. Free seating on a first-come, first-served basis. Doors will open 10 minutes before the screening.
There is a 10-minute grace period for ticket holders. Doors will strictly close 10 minutes after the start of the screening and no late comers will be admitted.
If you were not able to purchase tickets for a sold out screening, you may have another chance in the Rush Queue.
10 minutes after the start of the screening, patrons in the rush queue at the venue might get the chance to fill up empty seats in the theatre on a first-come, first-served basis.
Each person in the queue will be entitled to one ticket only and entry is not guaranteed.
FAQs
There will not be any tickets sold at the venue. All tickets can only be purchased online. Please check online for ticket availability and purchase your tickets before making your way to the venue.

Only one discount code or promotion can be applied to your purchase. Festival Pass holders must make their purchase separately to enjoy free redemption of their ticket to a screening.
