The Southeast Asian Producers Network is part of SGIFF’s ongoing commitment to promote regional cinema. It brings together producers from the region to share their wealth of knowledge with one another in an open exchange of ideas. Accompanying the programme, this in-depth panel discussion will explore Southeast Asian films in a crowded marketplace. Together with three industry experts from Centre national du cinéma et de l’image animée, Hong Kong-Asia Film Financing Forum, and Locarno Open Doors, we delve deep into the necessary components in a film project that will allow it to stand out in international film festivals, markets and for granting bodies.
