Recorded Q&As for some films will be available during the Festival on SGIFF.COM, our Youtube channel and social media pages. More information on how to enjoy the Q&A with filmmakers will be available soon, please check back again for details.

All screening changes (including date, time, and location) are noted on SGIFF.COM after our schedule goes live on October 27 2023 at 12PM. If you have purchased tickets to a screening that has been changed or cancelled, you will receive a notification email from our Ticketing team.

Visiting the Cinema

Doors will open approximately 10 minutes prior to each screening. We recommend that you arrive early for your screening so you have ample time to find the venue if it is the first time you are visiting, or to get the best seats as all screenings will be free seating on a first-come, first-served basis.

General admission refers to seating that is not assigned or reserved, and is occupied on a first-come, first-served basis.

This means that you will not be able to reserve a seat at the point of purchase. Please arrive early to pick the best seats in the house!

Yes, but you’ll have to join the Rush Queue.

Customers without tickets may wait in the Rush Queue as a last chance to see the film.
10 minutes after the screening start time, seats will be released to those in the Rush Queue on a first-come, first-served basis.

Ticket holders and Festival Pass holders in the Rush Queue will not need to re-purchase their tickets.

We recommend arriving at the Rush Queue no earlier than 30 minutes prior to your screening.

Each person in the queue will be entitled to one ticket only.

Please note that being in the Rush Queue does not guarantee entry to the screening.

Forum

Other than the Forum with Fan Bingbing, forums are free-of-charge.

You will need to register online to secure a seat for the Forum. Entry is not guaranteed if you do not register ahead of time.

For more information and to book your tickets, visit SGIFF.COM/forums-events.
